house fluffer?
A house fluffer is a decorator who recommends improvements and renovations designed to maximize a house's sale price for sellers or realtors with active realestate listings.
For homeowners that aren't interested in selling their home but want to add a touch of "flair" to thier existing decor, a house fluffer also provides decorating and remodeling advice. Typically the homeowner's existing furniture and accessories are used so that the investment is kept within a specific budget.
House fluffers also provide "shopping" services for homeowners that want to redecorate. After a consultation, the house fluffers goes "shopping" and purchases items within a pre-approved budget for use in redecorating the home. Typically the decorator can obtain many items at wholesale or discounted prices that aren't available to the general public.
